1. Introduction
Welcome to InfoShieldTutor. We operate the website InfoShieldTutor.com. Our main focus is on cybersecurity training and educational solutions designed to enhance your skills and knowledge. 2. Definitions and Scope
“Services” refers to live or scheduled cybersecurity training sessions, workshops, and related support. “Digital Information Products” refers to downloadable materials such as e-books, recorded sessions, and online modules. “Physical Goods” refers to branded merchandise and printed materials. These terms govern your access, use, and acquisition of all offerings detailed above.
3. Enrollment and Access
Registration for Services requires completion of the signup process and full remittance of any associated charges. Access to Digital Information Products is granted upon payment confirmation. Physical Goods are shipped once payment is processed and shipment details are confirmed.
4. Charges and Payment Method
All fees are stated in Swiss Francs and are due in advance of any provision. We accept major electronic transactions. Access will be withheld until confirmation of payment is received. If a transaction fails, access may be suspended until alternative arrangements are made.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Services
If you cancel a live or scheduled training at least 14 calendar days prior to the start date, a refund of the full amount paid will be processed. Requests must be submitted through our contact form. Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of approval. You may opt to defer your registration to another session of equal value at no extra charge if notice is given at least seven calendar days before the session. Once a session has commenced, no refund is available, but you may transfer your booking to another attendee free of charge if we receive written notice at least 48 hours before the session start. Certain certification exams or third-party tool licenses included in Services may not be refundable once delivered, due to licensing agreements and resource commitments.
5.2 Digital Information Products
You may request a refund for Digital Information Products within seven calendar days of purchase, provided no more than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. Requests must be made via our contact form. Approved refunds are issued within 14 calendar days. After this period or if content usage exceeds 20%, no refund will be granted to protect the integrity of our materials.
5.3 Physical Goods
Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a refund for Physical Goods. Goods must be shipped back in original condition and packaging. Shipping back is the responsibility of the purchaser. Once we confirm receipt and condition, we will issue the refund of the purchase price within 14 calendar days. Custom or personalised items are not eligible for refund due to their bespoke nature.
6. Rescheduling Policy
Training services may be rescheduled without penalty if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance. Requests must be submitted via our contact form. Last-minute changes may incur an administrative fee equal to 10% of the session fee to cover rearrangement efforts.
7. License and Usage
Digital content and course materials are licensed for individual use only and may not be copied, distributed, or repurposed without explicit written permission from InfoShieldTutor. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
8. Modifications to Terms
InfoShieldTutor may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will post revisions on InfoShieldTutor.com with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of Swiss courts located in Zurich.
